Request Quote

If you require a proforma/quote, the process is the same as placing an order with the exception that you will select “Request a quote” under payment methods on checkout. The steps are as follows:

• Add the relevant items to the cart.
• Checkout and select the preferred courier or the collection option if you prefer to collect or send your own courier.
• Fill in your Billing/Shipping details.
• When selecting a payment method, select “Request a quote” (Do not worry, this is not an actual payment method).
• Click place order.
• Check your inbox for the attached proforma/quote PDF. We will verify stock availability and reply.
• You can then choose to finalise the order or not. If you choose to go ahead, contact us on sales@ecotao.co.za with your order number. We will email you the final Tax Invoice for payment.
