Additional information

Automatic (Default Settings)
The default speeds are 2830/2430/2000 rpm on High (3), Medium (2), and Low (1), respectively.
No 3 – High (2850) = 100% of the motor power capacity.
No 2 – Medium (2400) = 80% of the motor power capacity.
No 1 – Low (2000) = 60% of the motor power capacity.
When starting the pump, the unit will begin “priming” on high for 5 minutes. The priming speed is at
2850rpms. When completed, it will automatically default to the predetermined speed setting. The
pump will immediately stop when the “0” button is pressed and can be restarted with any of the
speed buttons.

Manual Operation
The default speeds are 2830/2430/2000 rpm on High (3), Medium (2) and Low (1), respectively.
There are 2 options for running the motor under the manual setting: Constant power or constant
speed.
Option 1 – Setting Fixed Power (Constant Power Operation Mode)
To change the default power setting, the “adjust” mode can be easily accessed by pressing the “SET”
for 3 seconds until the display begins to flash. The power percentage can then be changed with the
buttons “▼▲”.Every time the button “▼” or “▲” is pressed, the power decreases or increases by
1%. The upper limit of the power is 100%, and the lower limit is 5%. To save the set power
percentage, confirm with the “OK” button. To cancel and return to the original speed, press the
“SET” button.
Option 2 – Setting Fixed Speed (Constant Speed Operation Mode)
To change the default RPM (speed), the “adjust” mode can be easily accessed by pressing the “SET”
for 3 seconds until the display begins to flash. The speed can then be changed with the buttons
“▼▲”.Every time the button “▼” or “▲” is pressed, the speed decreases or increases by 50rpm.
The upper limit of the speed is 3400rpm, and the lower limit is 1000rpm. To save the set speed,
confirm with “OK” button. To cancel and return to the original speed, press the “SET” button.
Extra Feature: Setting The Priming Speed And Time
With the BADU®ECO VSD Pro, you can set the priming speed and time at which the pump starts with
for even better electricity savings!
The motor has to be stopped (“0” button) to program the priming speed and time. Press the “SET”
button again for at least 3 seconds until the speed displayed in the LED window begins to flash. The
speed can then be set with what the motor is to start up with during the priming time. The speed
can be changed with the buttons “▼▲”. The upper limit of the priming speed is 2850rpm, and the
lower limit is 1000rpm.
Press the button “OK to save the speed setting and enter the phase for priming time setting, or press
“SET” to cancel and return to the previous mode. After the priming speed has been set, the period of
the priming time can be specified with regard to a range from 0 to 10 minutes.
